This Privacy Policy explains how Get Fixxd Pty Ltd (“Get Fixxd”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What we collect
When you join the Get Fixxd waitlist, we collect:
- your full name;
- your email address;
- your role (vehicle/plant operator, mechanic or plant fitter, or other); and
- your trade or company (optional).
We may also collect anonymised analytics data about how you use the site (page views, referrers, country) via Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- contact you about the Get Fixxd launch and early access;
- send you product updates relevant to the role you nominated; and
- improve the Get Fixxd dispatch network and website.
3. How we store it
Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form backend, and stored on their servers. We export submissions to our own records. We do our best to keep your information secure, but no system is impenetrable.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. our form backend and email provider), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that service.
5. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information; and
- opt out of further communications at any time.

6. Cookies
Get Fixxd does not currently use marketing or tracking cookies on this landing page. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free.
7. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Privacy Act or this policy, please contact us first at support@getfixxd.com.au. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
8. Changes to this policy
