1. About Get Fixxd
Get Fixxd is operated by Get Fixxd Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing site. The Get Fixxd emergency dispatch network and app are not yet live, and these terms do not cover them — they will be governed by separate terms when launched.
2. Waitlist signups
By joining the waitlist, you give us permission to contact you about Get Fixxd. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email we send you, or by emailing support@getfixxd.com.au.
3. Intellectual property
The Get Fixxd name, logo, and all content on this Site are owned by Get Fixxd Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of it without written permission.
4. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.
